Dear Year 10 Parents/Guardians,
We are launching work experience to our Year 10 students after half term and we would like to invite you to our parent information event on Wednesday 9th March at 6pm. This event will be held on zoom and will last 30mins. During this information session we will present to you our timeline of deadlines we have set students, our GDPR data protection, safeguarding and risk assessment procedures.
Work experience may be the first time your child will visit a workplace and learn about employer expectations and the world of work. We need to ensure our students work experience placement is of a high quality and one that they enjoy. We want our students to be successful, happy adults and having a career they enjoy, are passionate about and that they feel is purposeful helps them to have that life. Work experience will help give students a flavour of the workplace and to further explore their future goals.

For your convenience, the event will be held on Zoom. Please confirm your attendance via email to Mrs Birchall using the Careers email address by the 7th March and please put Work Experience in the subject:
