PE extra-curricular activities
Bedford High School has a proud history of sporting excellence.
We have a great tradition of favourites such as football, rugby, hockey and netball but we’re also keen for our students to try a wider range of sports.
Students from Bedford have gone on to play a variety of sports professionally and at the highest possible level. The PE department has excellent facilities including a large sports hall, gym with a fully equipped gym including cardiovascular and strength resistance equipment. We have a full size astro turf for multi-sport use and a large field with football, rugby, softball, rounders’ pitches.
