FROG support

We have noticed that some students are experiencing difficulty opening up attachments on email or Frog. This is likely to be because they are not using Office 365 to open it. Please use this video to support you with installing Office 365 (video is attached).

When you are logged into Frog there is a ‘help’ tool on the black bar at the top left of your page that will support on all aspects of Frog including assignments, Frog snap, quizzes and everything else.
